I've been taking JP for about a month and a half. I've been using the shakes 2x a day, or sometimes 1x a day about 5 days a week, and taking the JP consistently. I've also upped my workouts to about 4 times a week. I just wanted to tell of my experience that I feel so much more focused, so much less bloated and "draggy," and just feel clean inside when I take the JP and drink the shakes 1x or 2x a day for meals.
It also has helped me to transition to healthier eating habits all around, and if I give in on a weekend or during the week and eat pizza and fast food, I definitely have noticed a difference in the way I feel.
